Refund & Return Policy
Because our products are used in intimate areas, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase or initiating a return.
1. The Hygiene & Safety Rule (Strict)
Due to the intimate nature of our products, any item that has been opened, used, or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers. Only items in their original, factory-sealed packaging are eligible for return.
2. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking) to request a return. Once you receive the return label, you must ship the return within 7 days.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
- Proof: A valid receipt or order number is required.
- Exclusions: Used silicone sleeves, vacuum cups, or any item removed from its primary sanitary seal.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unsolicited returns will not be processed.

- For damaged items, attach clear photos of the product and the shipping box.
4. Shipping & Refunds
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the credit.
- Rejections: Items returned in used condition or without original packaging will be rejected. We can ship the item back to you at your expense.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Resolution Options:
- Main Products (e.g., Extenders): We will provide a free replacement or a full refund upon verification of the damage.

Low-Cost Accessories (<$20 USD):
- Domestic (U.S.): We will ship a free replacement.
- International: If the cost of international shipping exceeds the value of the accessory, we will issue a refund for the accessory only.
6. Silicone Sleeves: Warranty & Wear
Silicone sleeves are "wear items" with a lifespan that depends on usage, stretching, and maintenance.
- 14-Day Manufacturing Warranty: Covers abnormal seams, holes, or weak points present upon arrival.
- One-Time Goodwill Replacement: If your sleeve tears within the first 14 days, we will provide a one-time replacement as a courtesy, regardless of the cause.
- Not Covered: Damage from over-stretching, sharp fingernails, sharp edges from third-party accessories, or general wear and tear over time.
7. Missing Items & "Empty Box" Claims
Missing item claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. To prevent fraud, we verify all claims against shipment weight logs and carrier data. We may require photos of all packaging materials and the shipping label. Verified missing items will be replaced at no cost.
8. Cancellations & Exchanges
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
- Cancellations: Orders may be processed quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
