Shipping policy
Address accuracy:
Please ensure that your full name and address are entered completely and accurately. The recipient’s full first and last name or a valid company name must be provided. Initials, nicknames, pseudonyms, or incomplete names may cause customs delays, rejection, or return-to-sender.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable address, we will gladly reship it, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
If a package is held by the carrier for pickup and is not collected in the carrier's designated timeframe resulting in it being returned to us, this is treated as an undeliverable address situation.
For international orders outside of the United States:
International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package arrives in your country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer, and we are not liable for any additional costs or delays caused by customs processing.
All international shipments include the required customs documentation. In some cases, customs authorities may request additional information or payment from the recipient to complete delivery. If the recipient does not respond, refuses the shipment, or if the package is returned by customs or the carrier for any reason, including refusal to pay duties or failure to pick up the parcel, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Address Format & Language Requirements
Addresses must be provided in a complete, deliverable, and carrier-accepted format. For international shipments, this typically means using standard Roman characters (Latin alphabet) and following commonly accepted address formatting conventions for the destination country.
While we may attempt to translate or reformat an address provided in a non-standard or unsupported format as a courtesy, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of such translations or modifications. Any delivery issues, delays, returns, or non-delivery resulting from an address that was not submitted in an acceptable format are the customer’s responsibility. In these cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and any reshipment will require payment of additional shipping fees.
PO Box Deliveries:
Please note that UPS, DHL, and FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes! Please provide a physical address when selecting these carriers at checkout.
